Under the banner “Swachh Indhan – Sukhi Jeevan – Surakshit Jeevan”, Mahanagar Gas PNG lines and Ujjwala connections were pushed aggressively in Ward 43. Around 2,600 families became “stove‑free”, shifting away from smoky kerosene stoves to cleaner gas, directly benefiting women’s health, kitchen safety and household dignity.

Open spaces like Mahant Rambalakdas Udyan, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Udyan at Shantaram Talao and Savarkar Maidan were developed with gardens, play equipment, open gyms and safe play areas. These projects created breathing spaces for children, youth and senior citizens in a ward otherwise dominated by dense built‑up areas.

Health & Dialysis
सर्वांसाठी आरोग्य (Health for All)
A key health milestone was the creation of a dialysis centre at Divya Apartment near Triveni Nagar, bringing affordable, accessible dialysis closer to local patients. Regular mega health camps, drivers’ medical check‑ups, blood donation drives and Yoga Day programs promoted preventive care and offered free consultations and medicines to residents.

COVID-19 Management & Relief
संकटकाळात जनसेवा (Public Service in Times of Crisis)
During the COVID‑19 crisis, a ward‑level help centre and war room coordinated hospital beds, oxygen and critical medicines like Remdesivir, while volunteers and doctors handled calls round the clock. Large‑scale distribution of cooked food, ration kits, masks, sanitiser and immunity‑boosting medicines, plus arrangements for migrants to return home, turned this into a full‑spectrum relief operation.

Roads & Infrastructure
माझं कामच माझी ओळख (My Work is My Identity)
Vinod Mishra prioritised converting narrow, damaged and kutcha lanes into durable, cement‑concrete roads, especially on key stretches like G.G. Mahalkari Marg, R.R. Patil Marg, the Mallika Hotel–Sanjay Nagar corridor, and internal roads across Kurar and Pathanwadi. Long‑pending Development Plan roads such as Pathanwadi Humera Park to G.G. Mahalkari Marg and Sanskar College to Lakshmannagar were finally opened, easing congestion and improving emergency access.
