About Vinod Mishra
Vinod Udaynarayan Mishra entered public life as a young BJP karyakarta and rose through organisational roles before being elected Corporator from Ward 43 in 2017. As BJP Group Leader in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, he has represented both his ward and the party on city‑wide civic issues.
Ward 43 covers Kurar Village, Kokani Pada, Sanjay Nagar, Pathanwadi, Triveni Nagar, Parekh Nagar, Vyashet Pada, Shivajinagar, Sita Chawl and neighbouring localities in Malad East. These dense slum‑SRA‑chawl areas face complex challenges in roads, drainage, sanitation, housing, health and education, which have shaped his work priorities.
Alongside politics, he serves as Chairman of The Malad Sahakari Bank Ltd, using co‑operative banking to support small savers, youth and local businesses, including contributing ₹87 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and steering growth to a multi‑hundred‑crore balance sheet.

Roads & Infrastructure
माझं कामच माझी ओळख (My Work is My Identity)

Patil Marg, the Mallika Hotel–Sanjay Nagar corridor, and internal roads across Kurar and Pathanwadi. Long‑pending Development Plan roads such as Pathanwadi Humera Park to G.G. Mahalkari Marg and Sanskar College to Lakshmannagar were finally opened, easing congestion and improving emergency access.
